- In the app menu, go to “Bank & Cards” or “Link Account”.
- Choose your bank from the list or select “Add Card” for debit/credit.
- Follow the prompts to authenticate; this may involve your bank’s OTP, UPI pin, or card verification.
- If the wallet supports UPI (Unified Payments Interface), you may link your UPI ID to transfer directly. Digital wallet setup guides highlight the importance of connecting the bank or card to use the wallet effectively.
Step 4: Add money to your Daman Wallet
Once your account is set up and verified:
- Go to the “Add Money / Top-up” section in the app.
- Enter the amount you want to load into the wallet.
- Select the payment method: bank account (via net-banking/IMPS), debit card, credit card, or UPI. The portal for another wallet service shows similar modes and fees.
- Confirm the transaction. You will receive confirmation via SMS/email once the funds are successfully added.
- Check your wallet balance to ensure the top-up reflects correctly.
